No-frills airline in China drawing notice

Spring Airlines will become the first privately-run airline to fly from Mainland China to Taiwan later this month.

The airline has caught the eye of the industry as it's the only low-cost carrier in China and could make for a cozy partner for a western carrier some day.

    Spring Air is a no frills, and sparse airlines, but often very late in take off!
