IBM failed again to report good results. Time to change
CEO. May be the chairman should take over to straighten
    the company.

Ginni Rometty (CEO) is also the chairman & president of the company. Not sure your recommendation would be very effective.

How long must we put up with Ginni's mismanagement. How long will she take erasing all the good Lou and Sam did these past twenty something years. Telltale sign was when she publicly criticized her management team as an inappropriate mother would reprimand her child. How embarrassing. And Warren Buffet stating he hopes the stock tumbles (he's got his wish) so their buy backs will be more significant is the most extreme case of 'the glass half full' I have ever seen. Let's change the bylaws and get Sam or Lou back, and NOW! Time is of the essence!
