Forward yield 4.60%.

For shareholders of record Oct. 31 ; Payable Nov. 15; Ex-div date Oct. 29.

    KMI is a C Corp, and pays dividends, not distributions. KMP is an MLP, and pays distributions, not dividends. Important to make the distinction clear, as the tax treatment of MLP distributions and corporate dividends is COMPLETELY different.
