Uranium Energy in $7M financing for Burke Hollow project

Uranium Energy (UEC -5.9%) announces agreements with three institutional investors to purchase up to a total 3.38M units of the company at $2.10 each.

UEC says net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund exploration and pre-extraction expenditures at its south Texas projects including the Burke Hollow Project and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
