    missed opportunity, a 4¢ boost here would have been a great place to spend some excess and boost all things consumer / investor going into the holidays. Increasing dividend when setting record EPS is just good business - no longer Demanded by investors, but certainly expected.

     

    'course it's always possible (aka probable), the guv'm't put the kebosh on if they did try to increase it..

    Seems to show a general pattern of dividend increases after about 3 quarters - - Phr3d you may get your wish with the payment in the first part of 2014

    agreed, but wish is past - not money in future, but rock the press and investors with a surprise, Now (back Then, since the timing is past).
