Another financing deal for HFF

• HFF, Inc. (NYSE:HF) arranges financing for a 30-story mixed-use high-rise in downtown Portland, placing a construction loan for the developer with a private group. Park Avenue West will consist of 6 levels of underground parking, two levels of ground-floor retail, 211 luxury residential units, and Class A office space. It's scheduled to be completed in summer 2016.
