Target to highlight low pricing as it fights for holiday sales

Target (TGT) will includes prices on items it advertises in TV commercials for the first time in over ten years as it attempts to win over the hearts of thrifty consumers.

The tactic from a retailing giant is another indication that the holiday season could see a higher level of promotional activity and a deeper impact on margins as chains fight for sales.
