  • @6769451 I agree 110%. Aflac has the cash flow to increase the dividend 10% or more to reward shareholders. a .02 increase and a 2.2% yield is just not that great. Long afl.

  • Its still better than inflation. I would have liked a better increase, but as long as the increase is bigger than inflation, I am okay with it.

  • Yeah, same here. Even though the stock is up in pps, as a young DGI I was hoping for larger dividend growth. I am still planning on holding but as "Chowder" would say they are on probation with me

  • Definitely agree, luckily I bought when yield was close to 2.7% but a 5% increase is meager

  • Buying back shares when it is sitting near its all-time high is probably not the best use of available funds.
