Morgan Stanley: AIG could file suit against us

Among the disclosures in its most recent 10-Q, Morgan Stanley (MS) says AIG could sue over MBS deals the two firms worked on prior to the financial crisis. AIG has terminated a tolling agreement between it and Morgan Stanley, effective November 7.

Between 2005-07, Morgan Stanley sponsored or underwrote $3.7B in mortgage pass-throughs purchased by AIG.
