U.K. media stocks look pricey to Goldman Sachs

Goldman Sachs takes a swipe at several global media stocks on concerns of "structural risks" and played-out valuation.

The firm downgrades Pearson (PSO -0.6%), Reed Elsevier (RUK -0.5%), and Informa to Neutral from Buy, while British Sky Broadcasting (BSYBY) is removed from its Conviction Buy list.
