Canada clears the way for its uranium producers to compete with the rest of the world as it will allow sales to China for use in nuclear-energy generation. Cameco (CCJ) turns red after a quick pop on the news - a 29% YTD rise in the stock suggests perhaps it was already priced in.

    An unintended consequence of Obama's misguided rejection of Canada's oil via the Keystone Pipeline. There will likely be more unintended consequences to come.
