T-Mobile USA prices stock offering at $25, shares drop


T-Mobile's (TMUS -1.4%) offering price is 2% below yesterday's close, and 7% below where shares traded when the offering was announced on Monday. (PR)

With T-Mobile selling 66.15M shares, gross proceeds are set to total $1.65B, and the carrier's share count is set to grow by 9%. Underwriters have a 6.615M-share overallotment option.

T-Mobile has suggested it might use the proceeds to buy spectrum from a private party.
