The smart money will buy AEZS, a growing company, as the over reacting not so savvy stockholders sell off. The sale of a new issue adds equity to everyone's shares not unlike earnings. The idea that future earnings per share will be diluted by a new issue and thus lower per share will be immediately offset by the added retained earnings obtained from an infusion of cash provided from the sale of stock. The added funds, cash, bodes well for the future and the continuance of research and growth of the company.

A growing company? Growing in debt and not in marketable bios. They continue to dilute the value of all stockholders. The cash added is by the new shareholders. In actuality, who in their right mind would buy stock in a company that continues to look out for its management's best interest, not the shareholders.

Follow their extra offering distribution - that will explain a lot. Take into account recent NDA and make your conclusions.
