Full Circle Capital (FULL -2.8%) hits a 52-week low after filing a shelf registration for the sale of up to $75M in various securities.

    Not sure what this shelf offering means.
    Dilution?
    Also, some confusion about the dividend schedule: monthly according to the records, but a recent release talked about April as next ex-div date, meaning a shift to quarterly.

     

    I bought at $7.50, sold at $7.80 and bought again at $7.45.
