This type of performance is normal and accepted at Citi. Always have a few shares of Citi in your portfolio so you will appreciate your other good investments. $5.17 PPS before RS with a $.04 annual dividend.

Citi is still trading below its book value. $5.17 is looking in the rear view mirror. The stock will surge, especially when the dividend is increased. BUY!, BUY! And...BUY AGAIN. Look for the takeoff in 2014.
