I've been investing in stocks for about thirty years, and I've seen a lot of chicanery.

The article citing Lakewood impresses me as having been written by a brilliant trial attorney, or someone equally skilled at taking a set of facts and caging them in a powerfully propagandistic way.

I'm beginning to wonder what the normal and usual badges are, as recognized by the courts, for defining the line beyond which an author of an article can go before committing blatant, flagrant fraudulent manipulation of investors.

I am at once both highly impressed with the skill demonstrated in the wording of the article based on Lakewood, and highly disgusted with it.

In my own case, I've just matched the bet (stayed in long) and raised (bought more).

If Dr. Frost loses a bundle, then I lose a bundle.

Either way, it's an adrenaline rush.

Let us see what we shall see, in quarters to come.

As a Chinese I just don't understand how this kind money burning internet companies can generate so much "revenue" in a market which people are not used to pay for software. In my view, the CEO of NQ is just a student who want to get rich quickly, and surrounded by bad u.s. guys using his company as a vehicle to get money from investors. How foolish are those U.S. fund managers!

The dotcom bubble burst several years ago.

Perhaps you are unaware that China is creating a far larger bubble, building enormous cities of empty office buildings, with no sign of any businesses to occupy them.

Perhaps that is something you understand, and something you would prefer to invest in,

There are many funds in the U.S. Some of them are doing better than others. Few of them have the exact same formulas for gaining value.
