    Cute putting this out on a Friday after the market closes. Stock would need to drop 25% to put that yield back up into the double digits. However, that would be a >40% discount to Q3 book value. It will be interesting to see if the market is satisfied with a single digit yield from an mREIT

    In 2005-2006 they cut dividend sharply from .20s to .02. I think that was a period the yield curve was flat or even inverting. I assume now they are getting squeeze by higher cost of funds and the lag before their adjustables start to reset higher. Odd that the market did not punish the stock price terribly in 2006. Perhaps the book value was much higher than now. I wonder if we shall look back in 5 years and see now as the same kind of trough 2006 was.
