KBR President/CEO Utt retiring in 2014

KBR (KBR -1%) Chairman, President and CEO William Utt will retire from his positions next year, saying he wants to spend more time with his family and pursue other personal and professional opportunities.

Uttwas brought on board in 2006 and oversaw the company's spinoff from Halliburton in 2007 after a series of scandals; under Utt, KBR has kept a low profile in recent years and has seen oil and gas work as a bright spot while struggling in its other divisions.
