Janney cuts Lumber Liquidators (LL -4.7%) to Sell from Neutral, saying while the stock has risen 43% in three months on hopes of a cyclical housing recovery, the sales problem at the hardwood flooring retailer is structural, not cyclical. LL must "either stop growth, or continue to grow... and continue to disappoint on sales/earnings and preside over declining returns."
