Nike's profits: Is the shine coming off the swoosh?

  • Concerns about the higher cost pressures Nike (NKE) is facing appears to be taking away some of the enthusiasm over the company's strong revenue forecast and global futures orders count.
  • In its latest quarter, the company only managed 4% EPS growth off of a 8% sales gain on margin pressures which didn't improve with scale.
  • NKE +0.2% premarket.
