Rocket Fuel obtains $100M credit facility

Three months after raising $116M in gross proceeds through its 4M-share IPO, Rocket Fuel (FUEL +1%) has obtained a $100M credit facility from multiple banks. The company says the facility can be used to fund "working capital growth, capital expenditures, and other general corporate purposes." (PR)

The retargeted online ad platform had $125.3M in cash at the end of Q3, and $15M in debt.
