More bubble pricing as fundamentals do not justify such price appreciation. real median incomes were up what? just saw a realtor post on billboard 2014 going to rock. a joke. coming out of the biggest baddest bubble in history and more of this non-sense? this asset inflated economy will crumble again. know from the front lines that banks do not even respond to buy offers on foreclosed empty houses. the houses just sit dormant and deteriorate.
