SanDisk (SNDK) acquires FlashSoft for an undisclosed amount in a deal that it says will be neutral to earnings in 2012 and accretive in 2013. FlashSoft’s caching software products are targeted for Windows, Linux and VMWare platforms. Shares of SNDK stand +0.5% premarket.
