  • Fidelity National Financial (FNF) shares jump 6.3% on light volume AH after the company reorganizes its Lender Processing Services businesses through the formation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Black Knight Financial Services and the issuance of a 35% interest in each of Black Knight's 2 operating subs, ServiceLink and Black Knight Financial Services, to Thomas Lee Partners.
