Main Street exits TMEC investment

Main Street Capital (MAIN) realized a gain of about $10.8M on its debt and equity investment in Thermal and Mechanical Equipment, LLC. On a cumulative basis since the initial investment in September 2009, Main Street realized a total IRR of 42.6% and made 3.1x its money.

In conjunction with TMEC's sale, Main Street made a $16.5M junior debt investment in Distribution Holdings to help fund the acquisition.
