21st Century Fox delisting from Australian stock market

21st Century Fox (FOXA) will ask shareholders to approve a measure to delist the company from the Australian stock market exchange.

The company says the move could improve the liquidity of the Nasdaq-listed shares.

In addition, by moving more shares to the U.S., the Murdoch family could end up having more voting shares with their amount currently limited by FCC rules.
