Pacific Sunwear FQ4 comps flat, revises guidance down, shares resume at 4:30pm

Pacific Sunwear (PSUN) announces FQ4 comparable store sales were flat on a continuing operations basis and excl. online sales (which the company will include going forward). Including online sales, comps increased 1%.

The company attributed the weakness to a decrease in traffic and "softness in denim."

The company revises FQ4 EPS guidance downwards to -$0.21 to -$0.18 from -$0.17 to -$0.12 (and vs. consensus of -$0.13) on revenue expectations of $211M-$214M (down from prior guidance of $216M-$225M below consensus of $219.7M).

Shares resume trading at 4:30pm ET
