Court rules in favor of Teva in generic OxyContin case

A U.S. District Court rules in favor of Teva (TEVA) in a case involving alleged infringement of Purdue Pharma's patents on the painkiller OxyContin.

From the ruling: "...the Court concludes that TEVA has not infringed any valid patent asserted by plaintiffs."
