Beige Book sees moderate economic growth in most regions

The U.S. economy continues to grow at a "moderate" pace, according to the Fed's Beige Book.

Two-thirds of the 12 districts reported increases in hiring, wage and price pressures were seen as contained, and some service-sector firms are planning to raise selling prices in the near term.

Commercial real estate was strong, all districts saw improvement in manufacturing, most districts reported increases in home sales, and most reported increases in retail spending.
