A Chinese trade delegation yesterday signed deals with U.S. grain firms such as Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and Bunge (BG) to buy 8.62M tons of soybeans. The mission is expected to close more agreements today, which would bring the total orders to a record 12M tons and the value of the bookings to around $6B.
