I work as a driver for Holland, a division of YRCW. This past offer was supposed to save the company 100M/yr through extra cuts in the rank and file's pay and benefits. The senior management billed this as a continuation of the Shared Sacrifice Program, but not one dime extra was cut from management's side of the equation. Of particular irritation to the rank and file were the bonuses and stock grants, not options, but grants given to senior management that in some cases tripled their base salary during the years they kept on losing money. Management that continually loses money, cries poor mouth to its employees, and falsely blames past management for all its woes should take a look in the mirror before asking for mare bail outs. Run, don't walk, but run away from this stock.
