What's really interesting is that you don't see INTC down more than 4.5%...Talk about manipulation! AMD is coming back up...

This phenomenon is a clear indictment of the competence of the analysts. Intel takes a beating, misses expectations by a penny, and takes down anyone in its wake. 21st will be AMD's earnings report and I expect a glowing report that will prove the incompetence of these analysts and the nameless author who repeatedly deletes the postings of people who disagree with him. Everyone knows who I am speaking about. He had another post of mine deleted yesterday. May the fleas of a thousand camel find roost in his underwear and let his arms be too short to reach and scratch.

Update on the NLST developments: As you may already know, the stay in the Inphi case in the Central District of California was extended by Judge Olguin on February 5th, 2013 pending resolution of reexamination proceedings in the USPTO of the asserted patents, 7,532,537, 7,619,912 and 7,636,274 as well as the interference proceedings initiated against the same asserted patents. See more here:
Yesterday, the Patent Board affirmed the Examiner's decision NOT to reject the '537 patent claims at issue. See more here: The Board's decision for the '274 patent was not as friendly - the Board issued a mixed decision overruling the Examiner and rejecting most of the claims at issue. See more here: The reexamination of the '912 patent is still pending in the USPTO.
This means the stay in the patent infringement case will not be lifted yet. However, because at least the validity of the asserted claims of the '537 patent has been affirmed, the case will be revived at some point and NLST's position at least as to one of their asserted patent's validity is now much stronger. Infringement is another issue which we may address at a later point in time.

Look! AMD's going back to where it belongs! LOL!

I never trust mid cap tech companies they are just way too volatile, especially semi-conductor related business, though I have BRCM , and because it's large cap
