ARAMARK receives predominantly bullish initiations from Street

ARAMARK (ARMK +2.4%) receives 1 Buy rating, 7 Overweight/Outperform ratings, and 1 Neutral rating on analyst initiation day with PTs ranging from $26-$32.

Wells Fargo, which initiated coverage at Outperform, expects multiple expansion in 2014 and beyond as ARAMARK "demonstrates an ability to deliver stable, high-visibility, low-double-digit EPS growth."

Goldman Sachs' Michael Kelter, who is the lone non-bull, notes potential for "stable mid-single digit revenue growth (with a long runway for future expansion)," but sees "the visibility towards future margin increases as somewhat limited and [...] the shares as fully valued."
