BGC's Newmark Frank buys NoCal real estate company


The deal for Cornish & Carey is expected to be immediately accretive upon closing, which is expected to be completed around mid-year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cornish & Carey is a Northern California commercial real estate company with over 275 brokers and $135M in revenue in 2012.
