Chrysler pulls IPO

Chrysler (FIATY) files to withdraw its IPO.

The development wasn't unexpected after Fiat worked out a deal with an UAW medical benefits fund to buy outs its stake in Chrysler.

The automaker says that a private transaction with Fiat North America precludes the need for an IPO.

    Either that or the 300M used to deliver the documentation to file the IPO committed suicide, disintegrating all documentation, en route after passing a Bentley dealership and seeing what a real luxury sedan looks like.
