Fortinet joining S&P MidCap 400, shares +4.2% AH

Fortinet (FTNT) is replacing Harris Teeter Supermarkets in the S&P MidCap 400 following Tuesday's close. Harris Teeter is set to be acquired by Kroger. (PR)

The switch will come ahead of Fortinet's Wednesday Q4 report.
