Canadian Solar -3.3% premarket after finalizing BlackRock sale

Canadian Solar (CSIQ) -3.3% premarket after finalizing the sale of its 10 MW Westbrook utility-scale solar power plant in Ontario to BlackRock at "a valuation comparable to other recent project sales completed by Canadian Solar on a per megawatt basis in the Ontario market."

The deal marks CSIQ's third sale to BlackRock after selling two arrays totaling 20 MW to the asset manager last fall.

Construction of Westbrook is underway, with commercial operation expected in Q2 2014.

Why the broker who is in charge with CSIQ command the price ?? twice; 24 and 27 Jan before the market start posted with ZERO shares ( a trade ) with a price below closing. with more than $1.60 ! I consider that a market manipulation. Who stay to profit ! ?
