The UAW keeps up the Volkswagen unionization fight

Workers at a Volkswagen (VLKAY) plant in Tennessee plan to appeal a ruling by the NLRB rejecting a complaint over undue pressure by the UAW on union workers.

The action could delay the date that a full vote on unionization takes place.

What to watch: The efforts by the UAW to unionize the Volkswagen plant has wide implications for the industry. Foreign automakers have set up plants in the South where they have more support with politicians. A change in Tennessee could create a ripple effect.

Come on UAW we can't have any jobs in the United States. Get after those companies so they move the production out of this country. What matters more, the economy, the workers well being or union dues?
