AudioCodes (AUDC +11%) is shooting higher after posting roughly in-line Q4 results and issuing solid guidance on its CC (webcast). The VoIP hardware/software provider expects 2014 revenue of $148M-$152M and EPS of $0.18-$0.22; the sole analyst covering the company has been forecasting revenue of $148.6M and EPS of $0.20.
Peer BroadSoft (BSFT +6.3%) is also rallying, thanks in part to a deal with Sprint. Sprint plans to use BroadSoft's BroadWorks VoIP app server/platform to offer unified communications services to its mobile users. The deployment comes ahead of Sprint's launch of VoLTE 4G voice services.
BroadSoft's Q4 results are due on Feb. 28.
