The company survived the tough retail season by increasing direct-to-consumer revenues by 36% Y/Y. The segment now accounts for 39% of total revenue.
Gross margin rose 100 bps to 51.3% during the quarter on a favorable sales mix.
The company expects 2014 revenue of $2.84-$2.87B vs. $2.77B consensus.
