Wesco to acquire Haas Group for $550M, reports preliminary Q1 results

Wesco Aircraft (WAIR) agrees to acquire Haas Group for $550M from investment funds affiliated with the Jordan Co.

Haas is a leading global provider of chemical supply chain management solutions to the commercial aerospace, airline, military, energy and other markets; 2012 revenues totaled $573M.

Sees Q1 revenue of $223M-$227M vs. $233M analyst consensus and adjusted EPS of $0.26-$0.28 vs. consensus; reaffirms FY 2014 revenue guidance of $975M-$1B vs. $992M consensus estimate and adjusted EPS of $1.31-$1.37 vs. $1.35 consensus.
