It seems like a small acquisition, however based on MO's history, it will be a very good one and the first of several more similar ones. I am sure they have done a tremendous amount of research on how to optimize the e-cig business.

This seems like a good deal to gain immediate access to the E-Cig market. Though the price was rather high at 3x revenues.

3X revenues is high but they only sell in US. With PM marketing agreement, PM will now sell internationally with MO getting a royalty.

the entire e-cig business is only $1B. This company is 4% of total. I am sure when all is said and done, MO will control a huge portion of it

I'm a Green Smoke customer for a year now. They have such a great business- just a couple months ago I told someone that I wish they went public so I could buy their stock! I started a position in Altria last Thurs and added on Friday. I'm very happy about this news!

    Long MO!

They should buy NJoy now to gain more market share and I won't have to wait for them to go public.
