Antero Resources Midstream files for IPO of up to $500M

• Antero Resources (NYSE:AR) files with the SEC to raise up to $500M for the IPO of its midstream business as a master limited partnership.
• Antero Resources Midstream will own, operate and develop midstream energy assets including pipelines, compressor stations and fresh water distribution systems.
• The company intends to list its common stock on the NYSE under the symbol AM.
