- Yahoo (YHOO) has signed a deal to incorporate Yelp's (YELP) listings and reviews of local businesses into Yahoo's search results, the WSJ reports.
- Yahoo intends to make the feature available in the coming weeks as it looks to differentiate itself from Bing, which is operated by Yahoo search partner Microsoft, and better compete with Google. Yelp already has similar relationships with Apple and Microsoft.
- The WSJ article follows a report that Yahoo is working on search tech that could displace Microsoft.
