Up modestly at first following its Q4 beat, Demand Media (DMD) finished with a giant 30.6% gain. The Q4 results, along with Demand's guidance for 2012 revenue of $351M-$358M and EPS of $0.30-$0.32 (consensus of $362.3M and $0.31), appear to have calmed investors worried about Google's algorithm changes. JMP believes current estimates could prove conservative if Demand's investments in new content pay off.
