Groupon (GRPN) discloses product management SVP Jeffrey Holden will be leaving the company as of March 18. No replacement has been named yet.

Holden, a one-time Amazon vet, joined Groupon in 2011 following its acquisition of startup Pelago.

News of Holden's departure comes shortly after Groupon launched an online self-service tool (Deal Builder) that gives U.S. daily deals merchants a step-by-step process for creating their own deals. The company's Q4 results are due on Feb. 20.
