Kellogg lockout in Memphis continues

Kellogg (K) is three months into a labor lockout in Memphis with few signs of a resolution.

The company maintains it needs to bring labor costs at its cereal plants across the U.S. in line with competitors, but is facing accusations from union reps that the lockout is illegal.

The big picture: Kellogg is in the middle of a Project K plan which seeks to reduce annual company costs by $450M per year.
