Full-year guidance is for revenue of $170M-$175M and EPS of -$0.39 to -$0.46 vs. a consensus of $176.6M and -$0.47. Free cash flow is expected to be in a range of -$15M to -$20M,
Jive also states field operations chief James Larson (responsible for sales and other customer-facing functions) is leaving to become the CEO of a startup. Sales SVP John McCracken will run Jive's sales organization while the company tries to replace Larson.
Q4 billings totaled $58.9M, +13% Y/Y and above revenue of $39.3M. Jive's customer base rose by 21 in Q4 to 876. Opex rose 30% to $46.8M, easily outpacing revenue growth.
Shares are making new 52-week lows in AH trading. Jive has been facing tough competition in the growing enterprise social networking software space from the likes of IBM, Microsoft (Yammer), SAP, and Salesforce.
