Denbury Resources says year-end proved reserves total 468M boe


Denbury Resources (DNR) -1.6% AH as it announces proved reserves and production; estimated proved oil and natural gas reserves at year-end 2013 totaled 468M boe; reserves were 83% liquids and 62% proved developed, and 49% of such reserves were attributable to DNR's carbon dioxide enhanced oil recovery operations.

Aggregate proved reserves additions during 2013 were 85M boe, representing a 330% reserves replacement-to-production ratio.

Preliminary average annual production rate for 2013 was 70,243 boe/day; Q4 output averaged 71,466 boe/day, roughly flat Q/Q.
