Germany's economic outlook has "perceptibly" improved, according to the Bundesbank's monthly bulletin (.pdf). Though "risks from the sovereign debt crisis remain," starting in Q2 "cyclical stimuli could gain the upper hand" and "private consumption will likely continue to support the economy."
